Economic motor

Interlock has an energy-saving AC Servo motor built into the head with the possibility of positioning the needles (up - down). The AC Servo motor uses up to 70% less energy than a conventional electronic or clutch motor. It guarantees quiet operation without unfavorable vibrations.

Needles gauge 5.6 mm, differential bottom feed, top and bottom covering (top covering possible to switch off), max. sewing speed 4.200 s.p.m., central lubrication. Diameter of the cylinder is only 60 mm.

Automatic functions

This model uses electromagnetic cutting of the lower and upper threads and automatic foot lift. These functions make it easier work and increase the quality of sewn elements.

For this machine we recommend SCHMETZ needles system UY 128 GAS or UY 128 GAS SERV7 with correct needle points, depending on the fabric.
