ZOJE A9200L-D4S-W-CP SET is a mechatronic an automatic 1-needle lockstitch machine with panel touch screen, for light and medium materials.


Machine is serial equipped with automatic functions:
- needle positioning,
- thread trimmer - in this model you can get even 3 mm cut of lower thread (standard 5 mm),
- very quiet foot lifting, electronically controlled by a stepper motor up to a maximum of 13 mm
- reverse feeding with programmed size of the initial and final bartack,
- implemented option of programming additional stitches and sewing sections, which enables the material transport mechanism controlled by a stepper motor ,
- controller of initial stitch,
- max. sewing speed 5 000 s.p.m.,
- bottom feed,
- max. stitch length 5 mm.

Now equipped with innovative closed lubrication system divided into two sections - first one lubricates hook and have special oil detector that makes sound signal when the oil runs low. Other section lubricate the moving parts, except for dry needle bar protected by PTFE.
Built-in USB port - to be used for battery charging (smartphones and tablets).
Integrated 3 degrees adjustable brightness energy-saving LED lamp for lighting of working field.
Model with energy-saving AC Servo motor, control box, the programming control panel and power switch integrated into machine head (mechatronic "all-in-one" set). Thanks to integration of all elements the machine works quietly and without adverse vibrations.
AC Servo motor saves up to 70% energy comparing to a conventional electronic motor or clutch motor.

A complete sewing machine, on the stand and PREMIUM tabletop of the renowned Kessler brand. The highest quality table top made of 30-layer birch plywood guarantees long life and resistance to working conditions. Covered with structural laminate with increased resistance to impact and abrasion.

For this machine we recommend SCHMETZ needles system 16X231 (287 WH / DBx1), with correct needle points, depending on the fabric.
